Natasha has over 30 years’ experience in the identifying and sourcing strategic and operational talent right across the Executive market for both permanent and interim appointments. During that time frame she has recruited many hundreds of roles, across the UK, the Middle East and Australasia.
Natasha’s career has seen her work across a broad range of industry sectors, starting with technology and financial services before moving into the industrial markets where she now specialises in transport and infrastructure, energy and utilities, aerospace and defence, and central government, focussing on the most senior, complex and demanding roles. Her network as a result, is as deep as it is wide and opens up access to senior leaders across UK PLC.
Natasha created Cleeve Executive to bring together the best possible people and strategy to deliver to clients a proposition that is resoundingly different in its mentality and approach to traditional executive search. In partnership with the Arete Ventures Group, we created a science and data backed approach to support the development of internal talent into the executive leadership shortlists we build – elevating individuals through the limiting beliefs of their own glass ceilings and supporting them in leadership and skills development to compete effectively with the best the external market can offer, through our Lab proposition.
Working as trusted advisors to boards and executive teams, we shine a light on the old traditional ways of increasing an organisations productivity through the unceasing and costly acquisition of new talent and instead, build the capability and confidence of each level of senior management, levelling the playing field for every individual to see their way into the exec.
